DEPOSIT CANCELLATION POLICY

OVERVIEW

EFFECTIVE 1/1/2021

 

A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking on all services.

 

Package services and subscriptions are exempt from our Deposit Cancellation Policy.

 

Deposit will be applied toward services on the day of the appointment.

 

If you need to cancel your appointment but do not inform us of the cancellation at least 24 hours prior to the day and time of the appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.

 

We understand that unforeseeable events can arise from time to time. As long as you inform us of the cancellation, we will allow the $50 deposit to be transferred to a re-booked appointment, once per service. A second cancellation will result in forfeiture of your $50 deposit.
